Condolences & Tributes

We encourage you to share any memorable photos or stories about Robert "Bob". All tributes placed on and purchased through this memorial website will remain on in perpetuity for future generations.

I am so very sorry for your loss. May “the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God” comfort you at this most difficult time.

Randy and Debbie, Dennis and Patty, Sue, Jane and Joyce, and families;
Our sympathies, thoughts and prayers are with you upon Bob’s passing. I remember Bob telling of his past experiences and he could recall all of the specific details. I was impressed with his sharp memories. We also remember his love for singing, his time with the choir at Aldersgate, and some songs he shared with the congregation (songs he would sing while driving a truck). I remember when he would bring the bacon to our men’s Lenten breakfasts at Aldersgate. He would help in the kitchen and he always wanted his pancakes thick and I would classify them as burnt. lol Bob’s obituary is very interesting as we did not know he was from a large family. We thank Bob and you his families for his military service.
