Marion A. "Randy" Pruden, 86, of Camby, passed away peacefully at home on August 15, 2018. He was born to Charles Roy and Leta Jane (Hulgan) Pruden on January 29, 1932 in Indianapolis. He graduated from Hartford City High School in 1950. He married Maranel (Hart) Pruden on November 18, 1951. He honorably served in United States Navy Reserve and Air National Guard.

Randy is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Maranel Pruden of Camby; three loving daughters, Vicki Sue (Ken) Tompkins of St. Leon, Rhondi Marie Taylor of Camby and Robbi Joan (Kevin) Lollar of Camby; four dear grandchildren, Angie, Steve, Dana and Morgan; eight sweet great-grandchildren, Colton, Kelsie, Gracyn, Mia, Tucker, Avery, Blaise and Emersen; a loving brother, Jack Pruden; several nieces and nephews; and Randy's Furry Chick Magnet, Bella. He is preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Harry Pruden.

Randy was Owner/Operator of Mooresville Paint and Body Shop for 42 years, retiring in 2003. Previously, he worked as a Tool and Die Maker for Allison Division of General Motors for 9 years. He was very involved in community organizations holding membership in the Mooresville American Legion, Mooresville Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Indianapolis Valley, Murat Shrine, Murat Shrine Directors Staff, Murat Shrine Veteran Car Club, Royal Order of Jesters, life member of Confederate Air Force, Bloomington Elks Club and formerly held memberships with the Mooresville Kiwanis Club and Mooresville Lions Club. His hobbies included boating, flying and collecting antique cars...and "Making America Great Again!" He lived in the Mooresville, Camby area since 1957 and grew up in Hartford City.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 2-7 p.m. on Sunday, August 19th and 10-11 a.m. on Monday, August 20th at Jones Crossing Banquet Center, next door to Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. The Mooresville Masonic Lodge will have a 6 p.m. service on Sunday evening. Pastor Terry Crist and Joe Smith will officiate Randy's celebration of life service at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 20th at Jones Crossing Banquet Center. Randy will be laid to rest in White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville.
