Roger Lee Wright, 67, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully on March 18, 2018 with his loving family by his side. He was born on March 10, 1951 to Maurice H. and Dorothy R. (Mueller) Wright in Indianapolis. He graduated from Decatur Central High School in 1970. He married Pamela A. (McMannis) Wright on October 15, 1979.

When Roger retired in 2006, he was in Pest Control Management for Eli Lilly in Indianapolis where he worked for 35 years. He enjoyed camping, traveling, gardening, cooking and especially spending time with his family. He lived in Indianapolis all of his life.

Roger is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Pamela Wright of Indianapolis; a brother, Richard (Linda) Wright of IL; three nieces, Kandi Kostenuk, Stephenie Scott and Saysha Telezyn; a nephew, Connor McMannis; three great-nieces; a great-nephew; and a godchild, Christopher Bickwermert. He is preceded in death by his parents; and infant twin sisters.

The family is planning a celebration of life memorial service for a later date.
