Obituary for Carol Ann Schultheis (Bidgood)

Carol Ann (Bidgood) Schultheis, 74, of Mooresville, passed away on March 1, 2018 with her loving family by her side. She was born on June 22, 1943 to Fred Ainsworth Bidgood and Caroline (Holmes) Anderson in Indianapolis. She was a 1961 Manual High School Graduate. She married Lawrence Woodrow Schultheis on May 11, 1962.

Carol worked for Wave Tek in Indianapolis and Harmon Motive in Martinsville. Prior to her husband's death, they were very active members of St. Thomas More in Mooresville. She loved her family dearly. She lived in Mooresville for the past 45 years and her birthplace of Indianapolis for 28 years.

Carol is survived by four loving children, Keith Schultheis of Noblesville, Kevin (Lisa) Schultheis of Indianapolis, Kristina Plunkett of Danville and Kelly Schultheis of Plainfield; 11 grandchildren, Kathryn Booth, Makayla (Chris) Asher, Donovan Schultheis, Jacob Schultheis, Isaac Schultheis, Brenna Williamson, Lawrence Knoll Ransom, Kara (Mike) Reese, Blake Huddleston, Elijah Plunkett and Ethan Plunkett; 13 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Gloria Bidgood of Indianapolis. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, a son, Kenneth Schultheis and a brother, Charles Hughes.

Family and friends may gather to pay their respects from 3-8 p.m. on Monday, March 5th and 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 6th in Jones Family Mortuary. Chaplain John Lefler will officiate Carol's celebration of life service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 6th in Jones Family Mortuary. It was Carol's wishes to be cremated after services.
