Obituary for Robert M. Barrett

Robert M.  Barrett
Robert M. Barrett, 79, of Camby, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2017. He was born to Charles M. and Eleanor A. (Reynolds) Barrett on February 14, 1938 in Kansas City, MO. He graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1957. He served honorably in the United States Air Force. He married Mary Ann (Williams) Barrett on February 14, 1974.

Robert was a Design Engineer for RCA for 20 years. He was a dedicated family man. He lived in Camby for the past 41 years and his birthplace of Kansas City for 15 years.

Robert is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Mary Ann Barrett of Camby; a son, John William Barrett of Camby; a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Barrett of Indianapolis; a brother, Charles R. Barrett of Lizton; a sister, Patricia Barrett; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Roberta Agnew Fickle and Vivian Barrett.

Rev. Dr. Andrew Scanlan-Holmes will officiate Robert's celebration of life service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 21st with calling starting at 10 a.m. in Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville. Robert will be laid to rest in West Newton Cemetery, Indianapolis.
