This is a sad time, but as a kid, I had the previlage of being one of Billy's playmates. And youth can be hard, but I will say Billy made youth so much fun and life much easier. I used to look forward to getting to play basketball with him and tennis; he would always crack a joke, always make you smile, and also was always the calm and reasonable one. He was very very bright. We will miss him very much, but I hope that charm of his stays with with everyone.
